Currently, Docia Sweet Hall is the largest venue in Curry County capable of meeting the needs of a event planner seeking a small market venue. The capacity is 500 theater seating, 350 people banquet. It can function as a combination trade show area, with booths on the Mezzanine level and meeting space on the ground floor. Docia Sweet Hall is the primary venue for catered meals. It features a large drop-down screen, quality sound system, portable stage, and trade show booth equipment. 

Oceanview Room
The Oceanview Room is on the upper floor of Docia Sweet Hall. It has the capacity of 100 people theater and 60, for a meal function. It also can be used as a breakout area with an ocean view.
